Wendy Kreps Peterson, President / Owner / Founder
Wendy began working in the automotive industry 35 years ago while attending the University of Minnesota. Her experience includes 9 years as Finance Director, Sales Manager and Fleet Manager. Wendy is a Property Casualty/Life/Health & CL/AH Insurance Agent licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. Wendy is AFIP certified.
In 1994, Wendy established and co-founded Pro-Techs Dealer Services, LLC., to provide products and services to enhance Dealer F&I potential. She is Menu/Sales Certified. Wendy has unparalleled expertise in: Service Contracts; GAP (Settlement and Standard); Appearance Protection; and Credit Insurance. Wendy is also the Regional Manager representing Safe-Guard, PermaPlate and Dent Wizard for the 16 AutoNation stores in the Chicagoland area.
As an experienced motivational trainer, Wendy’s energy and knowledge increases performance. Wendy was featured in AE’s “Women in the Industry” in 2016. She was recognized by Safe-Guard Products in 2015 and 2016 as a SafeGuardElite Agent, and she was recognized by IAS in 2016 and 2017 into their Presidents Club. In 2017, Wendy became a member of IAS’ Agency Advisory Council and continues to be a dedicated and successful leader in the industry.
Nicole Kreps Alber, Agency Manager/Marketing Executive
Nikki interned with Pro-Techs Dealer Services, LLC during the summers of 2011 and 2012. She assisted in signing and installing many new dealer clients during those internships. Nikki graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing/professional sales and a minor in insurance. Upon her graduation she joined the Pro-Techs team. As part of her training, during 2013, she worked for a large dealer group in Minneapolis, learning all facets of the dealership.
Nikki continues to market Pro-Techs products and services throughout the Midwest. Nikki is proficient in agency administration, IT (CDK, DealerTrack, third-party e-contracting & remittances), and account management.
Julie Feller, Account Services Manager
Julie began working in the auto industry while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During those 4 years, she worked almost full time for a franchise dealership in customer service. She then went on to work in the legal field for 20 years and in sales management and training for 5 years. In 2006, she came full circle back to the auto industry as the account services manager for Pro-Techs. Julie is married to Jon and they have twin boys, both 2008 graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Steve Fisher, Agent Representative
Steve lives in Minocqua, WI and covers the Northern part of Wisconsin for Pro-Techs Dealer Services. Steve’s concentration is in the power sports and RV market.
Remembering Keith Kreps, Co-Founder
Keith was in the automotive industry from 1979-2014. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Business Administration Degree in Finance, he entered the industry as a Sales Representative in Fleet Management for a Wisconsin-based leasing company. In 1982, Keith was promoted to V.P. of Sales and Marketing overseeing 12 sales offices in major metropolitan markets. In January, 1988, Keith, with the help of investors, started his own leasing company. In less than 7 years, under his guidance, the company grew to over $20 million in assets with annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
In 1996, Keith started another leasing company, ULTEA. Within 1 year, Keith was approached by a national bank holding company to purchase ULTEA. Upon the sale, Keith remained President and CEO, growing ULTEA to nearly $60 million assets and annual revenues of $25 million. In 2007, Keith’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in again, and he joined Pro-Techs Dealer Services, which he co-founded and helped establish in 1994.
